The Tathra Game Fishing Classic, held from 7–9 February 2025, was a huge success, bringing together fishing enthusiasts for an action-packed weekend on the water. Presented by the Tathra Amateur Fishing Club, the event saw anglers competing for impressive prizes, including over $15,000 in Shimano tackle and raffle prizes.

The competition was fierce, with top teams battling it out for the Most Tagged Marlin prizes:
